By submitting a deposit or making any payment toward Dubai Dreams 2026, you (“Traveler”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All payments made to Properly Seated are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel services, accommodations, and contracted arrangements are secured in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed payments, personal conflicts, denied boarding, illness, failure to obtain travel documents, or failure to travel.

PAYMENT PLAN & DEFAULT
Travelers using the payment plan must remain current on scheduled payments. Payments more than seven (7) days past due may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of any prior payments.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due August 15, 2026. Reservations not paid in full by this date may be canceled and all prior payments forfeited.

LAND-ONLY PACKAGE / AIRFARE
This is a land-only package. Travelers are responsible for booking and managing their own flights. Properly Seated is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, missed connections, baggage issues, or cancellations.

NAME REQUIREMENT
Reservations must be made in the traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport. Traveler is responsible for any name correction fees or penalties.

NAME CHANGE DEADLINE
Name substitutions may be permitted only more than 60 days prior to departure. No changes may be made within 60 days of travel due to supplier contracting requirements.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travelers are solely responsible for valid passports and entry requirements. Passports must be valid at least six (6) months beyond travel dates. No refunds will be issued for denied boarding or denied entry.

ITINERARY CHANGES
Activities, venues, and scheduling are subject to change due to weather, safety considerations, supplier availability, or local operational requirements. Comparable substitutions may be provided.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Properly Seated reserves the right to adjust pricing due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier increases prior to final payment.

ROOMMATES
Roommate matching assistance may be provided but is not guaranteed. Each traveler remains financially responsible for their reservation. If a roommate cancels or fails to pay, the remaining traveler assumes the balance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Properly Seated is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, illness, emergencies, delays, or travel interruptions.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
Properly Seated acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers. Properly Seated is not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers.

TRAVELER CONDUCT
Properly Seated reserves the right to remove any traveler from group activities without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or negatively impacts the group experience.

FORCE MAJEURE
Properly Seated shall not be liable for events beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, weather events, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

CHARGEBACKS
By booking, travelers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any chargeback initiated after agreeing to these terms will be considered a breach of contract, and Properly Seated reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees.

PHOTO RELEASE
Traveler grants permission for photos or videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is submitted prior to travel.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Properly Seated is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

ACCEPTANCE
Submission of payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
