PAYMENT PLAN
$199 deposit secures your space.
Scheduled monthly payments will follow leading to the final payment deadline of August 15, 2026.
Reservations are first-come, first-served and based on room availability.
TRAVEL NOTES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Passport Requirement
Travelers must possess a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return travel date. Passports should not expire before May 5, 2027.s
Visa Information
U.S. passport holders currently receive a visa upon arrival in the United Arab Emirates at no cost. Entry requirements are subject to change.
Flights & Arrival
This is a land-only package. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to Dubai (DXB). Arrival instructions will be provided prior to travel. Airport transportation may be arranged as an optional add-on.
Roommate Requests
Roommate matching may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If a roommate is not available, the traveler will be responsible for the single occupancy rate.
Itinerary Release
A detailed day-by-day itinerary will be provided approximately 60 days prior to departure.

Travelers will receive preparation guidance before travel and access to a group communication platform for updates and announcements.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
TERMS & POLICIES
- Making a reservation signifies agreement to Properly Seated Travel policies.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in your full legal name as it appears on your passport. Properly Seated Travel is not responsible for name correction fees.
- Missed payments exceeding 7 days past due may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments made.
- Travelers sharing rooms are individually responsible for payments. If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler assumes the balance.
- Properly Seated Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, baggage issues, or missed connections.
- Pricing may adjust due to supplier changes, currency fluctuations, or government taxes prior to final payment.
- Activities, hotels, and experiences are subject to change due to local operations, weather, or supplier adjustments. Comparable substitutions may be made.
- Properly Seated Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party providers.
